the district court for the fifth judicial district, Axel B. Anderson, Judge, (a) from enforcing an order temporarily restraining
the picketing of plaintiff's place of business until an organization is duly authorized as a collective bargaining agent and
until appropriate notices of intention to strike are filed with the state labor conciliator, (b) from holding any hearing
on an order to show cause why a temporary injunction should not be issued, and (c) from holding any further proceedings in
